By verifying that contractor practices follow approved drawings and proven shipyard workflows, we reduce rework, prevent delays, and maintain consistent build quality throughout the project.

We proactively identify technical, commercial, and schedule-related risks at an early stage. Through structured risk assessments and continuous monitoring, we mitigate potential cost overruns, delivery delays, and regulatory non-compliances—protecting owner interests and ensuring adherence to class, flag, and contractual requirements.

Quality is embedded at every stage of the project. We verify materials, equipment, systems, fabrication, and workmanship against approved specifications, class requirements, and international standards. Inspections, documentation control, and non-conformance tracking are managed to ensure long-term reliability and asset value.

We apply targeted value engineering to optimize hull forms, structures, systems, and outfitting solutions. By improving constructability and system integration, we reduce capital and lifecycle costs while enhancing operational efficiency, maintainability, and performance—without compromising safety or compliance.

We establish and manage detailed project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash-flow plans. Our services include cost reporting, valuation of completed works, change-order evaluation, and certification of contractor payments—ensuring financial transparency, cost predictability, and protection against uncontrolled expenditure.

We develop and actively manage integrated project schedules, tracking key milestones across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and commissioning. Through continuous progress monitoring and corrective action, we drive on-time delivery and maintain alignment between design, production, and delivery objectives.
