The Project Managers and Engineers involve in all aspects from engineering & design to finally sea trials and delivery of the vessel execution of the following;
- Design, technical co-ordination of the design or quality control of the Works;
- Construction methods, techniques, sequences and procedures employed by a contractor;
- Failure by a contractor or Client as Employer to proceed or carry out work in terms of a building agreement;
- Breach by a contractor or Client as Employer of a building agreement;
- Reviewing materials, systems, designs, quality control and assurances, value engineering or specifications;
- Cost of the works exceeding the project budget;
- Delays caused by a contractor;
- Preparation of budgets, cost reports, valuations and payment certificates.
